Job Description
We are looking to hire multiple associate therapists to join our growing team in Olympia. This position includes clinical supervision towards WA state licensure. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing evidence-based practices to support successful client outcomes. The associate therapist will be responsible for providing individual counseling sessions, maintaining clinical documentation and actively engaging in the clinical supervision process. This position is primarily in office.
We are looking to hire associate therapists with individualized areas of expertise across all ages, mental health needs and specialty treatment areas, including but not limited to: children and adolescent and family therapists, couples and/or sex therapy, adults, neurodivergent specialist, art therapy/play therapy, trauma focused care and techniques, such as EMDR or Brainspotting.

Compensation
Compensation
-Associate Therapists on average 25 to 32 clients a week, can expect a 1099 earnings range of $76,032-$84,480 per year.
-Potential for More: There's a potential for higher earnings as you grow with Blu Orchard grows in Olympia. Based on schedule flexibility, time and performance with the company and utilization of our telehealth platform.

Qualifications
-Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or clinical mental health counseling
-Must currently hold or be able to obtain an Associate Washington state mental health professional license (LICSWA, LMFTA, LMHCA)
-Ability to see a minimum 15 clients per week
-Must have or obtain personal malpractice liability insurance
-Knowledge and experience working with electronic health records (preferred)

Duties
- Conduct therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Qualifications
- Must hold an unrestricted Washington state license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
- Ability to see a minimum 10-15 clients per week, option to see up to 25 clients per week
- Must have or obtain personal malpractice liability insurance
- Knowledge and experience working with electronic health records
-Telehealth experience preferred
-Insurance credentialing (preferred)
- NPI number and CAQH profile (preferred)
