Kacie Zediker

Kacie Zediker is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state and has been a
licensed mental health clinician for over 10 years, with 15 years of experience providing therapy
with clients of all ages. She is also a Registered Art Therapist with a background in creative and expressive therapies.

 

Kacie works with clients of all ages and is passionate about working with young adults who have experienced anxiety, trauma and stress and are navigating transitions into adulthood. She has
experience working with children, teens and their families.

 

She is also educated in Parent Management Training (PMT) an evidence-based practice that supports children and their caregivers in forming healthy family relationships, especially when behavioral and emotional challenges are present.
 

Kacie’s approach to therapy is to support everyone she works with to make the positive life
changes that they’re seeking by creating a safe space to talk, gain validation and support, set
goals and obtain and implement coping strategies. She will help you build on your strengths to accomplish what you’d like to gain from your therapy experience.

Michelle Thurman

Michelle Thurman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over four years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked with diverse populations in various settings, including community mental health and with families in crisis.

 

Michelle enjoys working with adults of all ages and backgrounds. She believes in a client-centered, strength-based approach to therapy. She is passionate about empowering clients to navigate life's challenges and become the best versions of themselves.

 

Her therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT). She also has specialized training in trauma-informed care.

Lynn Bailey

Lynn Bailey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington state. She has been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for two years and has 20 years of working with individuals and families with various nonprofit organizations.

 

Lynn works with clients in various stages of life. She is dedicated to working with individuals and families who are grappling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting and communication to learn how to positively create stronger bonds with one another.

 

During her licensure process, Lynn completed the Multisystemic (MST) training, which is an evidence-based therapy. She worked as a part of the Multisystemic team for two years helping families with children who were running away, having problems with law or in school to gain tools to transform their family into finding a balance for everyone.

 

Lynn’s approach to practice is a person centered one. She is curious about what motivates each individual and family and seeks to incorporate various therapy methods to help create a protected space to share thoughts, feelings, create goals, and learn how to effectively communicate, problem solve and use other coping tools to build a healthy and optimistic lifestyle.
